The purpose of the positionis the operational and admistrational coordination of the regional AS Solution design team of southern Europeand the close collaboration with the other AS Solution Design Teamleads as well as interface
departments in the business unit, especially sales.

Key Responsibilites
- The Team Lead Solution Design is responsible for leading a team of solution designers, ensuring that they are working together effectively to deliver high-quality solutions in time and ensuring forward thiniking resource planning
- Mentoring and coaching team members to ensure their ongoing personal and professional development
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating solution performance, quality of proposals and making recommendations for improvements
- Working on customer projects as part of the solution design team at operational level
- Communicating with stakeholders such as customers, sales, project managers and other team members to ensure that everyone is aligned and working toward the same goals
- Conducting research to identify new technologies and trends that can be incorporated into intralogistics solutions

Educational / Professional Qualifications
- Completed studies with technological focus
- Sound experience and proven track record in Solution Design in intralogistics
- Familiar with common SD standards in logistics
- Very good technical understanding, interest in and understanding of software and robotic solutions
- High independence, winning appearance
- Excellent presentation skills towards internal and external client
- Experience in leading and developing an intercultural team
- Good spoken and written English language skills
- Strong communication skills
- Very strong result orientation
Desirable
- Experienced in the use of common data analysis toolsuch as MS PowerBI, Excel and MS Access
- Experienced in the use of commen Design Tools such a AutoDesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Experienced IT user (MS Office, CRM & ERP systems)
- Fluency in Spanish and / or French
