Customer Support Portal and Online Store

The Customer Support Portal and Online store provides North American pneumatic tube system and automated drug management system customers with the ability to order spare parts and accessories, track service history, download product documentation and register for training classes.

Swisslog’s North American customers can begin by entering the Customer Support Portal here and clicking “register here.” You will receive a confirmation email with your user name and password within 48 hours.
