CasePick

CasePick™ automates the picking and palletizing of single cases, pallets of SKU-clean layers (“rainbow” pallets), or a mixture of both. Single cases can be handled in various packaging types like cartons, display trays, or crates. This solution is specifically designed for the beverage industry.

The core of the CasePick solution is the row-tray, which contains multiple cases of a given article (SKU) in rows.

The orientation of cases on the row-trays enables easy automatic picking and palletization. By exchanging row-trays dynamically to the face of the palletizing robot, CasePick is sufficiently flexible to cope with the possibility of an increasing number of SKUs in the system.

The row-tray also enables the CasePick solution to handle different product packaging types, from shrink wrapped bottlesto carton boxes.
