maturity model for the development of products and services.In addition to its ISO 9001: 2000 certification
and as part of its continuous improvement initiative, Swisslog bases its world-wide software process
on the CMMI model. The CMMI model has been developed by the Software Engineering
Institute (SEI) of the Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA USA.
