  • Prepare special maintenance plan specifically designed for the installation
  • Maintenance and inspection according to the checklists prepared for the installation
  • Coordination of the subsuppliers according to the agreed maintenance schedule
  • Regular discussion of the checklists and maintenance reports


Software Upgrades

  • Upgrades of operating systems and databases
  • Expansion and adaptation of the guidance system software
  • Migrations to new hardware


Continual Systems Monitoring

  • Visualization of the operational conditions at the server system, operating system, database and network levels
  • Monitoring the defined areas using Swisslog Monitoring Guidance Status
  • Razing an alarm in critical circumstances with respect to exceeding defined threshold numbers
  • Remote intervention through the Swisslog supporter in order to take preventive measures


Spare-Parts Management
