Track Vehicle Systems transport medium sized materials weighing up to 14 kg (30lbs) at 60 meters per minute (190 fpm). Containers designed to hold specific contents are mounted on |
individually powered vehicles traveling at walking speeds within a network of track running overhead and behind walls in facilities.
Typical applications are the movement of routine and non-routine items such as lab specimens, x-rays and medical records in hospitals. Other applications include the movement of books in libraries, and documents and spare parts in manufacturing and retail environments.
