AutoStore

AutoStore is a solution for efficient warehousing and order processing of single items and small cases. Whilst the system is very compact, offering the highest possible storage density, it is also very flexible and can be tailored to fit into any (existing) building. The directly connected goods-to-person workstations provide significantly higher efficiency than traditional operations.

AutoStore is a highly automated system - the handling of the Bins is done by Robots, driving on top of an aluminum structure called the Grid. Within the Grid area Bins are directly stacked on top of each other with no free space in between. The operators are provided with a steady flow of Bins at the workstations which allows order processing at high rates.

The three factors density, flexibility and efficiency combined lead to high returns on investment.
