The divestment has been announced earlier this year as part of the Score! program. It underscores the strategy of Swisslog’s Healthcare Solutions division to focus on logistics solutions for hospitals. Telelift GmbH recorded net sales in the range of MEUR 15 in 2011. The company provides track-based conveyor systems for in-house light load transports.
