Remote System Monitoring for TransLogic® PTS

Swisslog Healthcare Solutions developed the industry’s first remote monitoring and technical support center for 24/7/365 management of TransLogic® Pneumatic Tube Systems (PTS).* Swisslog North America staffs a Network Operations Center (NOC) in Denver, Colorado as part of the its advanced customer service capability. Through the NOC, Swisslog provides real-time technical support for its North American PTS customers to ensure maximum system uptime.

Remote System Monitoring (RSM) integrates with the Nexus™ PTS Software for direct system activity monitoring and proactive tube system  "health“ checkups. RSM monitors system activities, including send and receive functionalities as well as the operational infrastructure, reporting back real-time information to the NOC. Swisslog NOC technicians use remote monitoring to resolve alarms and return systems to normal operations for a percentage of events, providing immediate notification to first responders where onsite interaction is required.
